Use of Cookies
In many instances, when a user visits a Web site,
information is collected from the user's machine including but not limited to IP
address, date and time of the visit, information pertaining to the browser, and
some browsing history. Provaitech's site uses cookies to maintain site and tool settings. Additionally,
some app-specific tools may use cookies as part of their functionality. Information
that is not directly relevant to the operation of the tool is not collected.
Provaitech Corporation makes no effort to track browsing history or
cache contents of a user's browser unless specifically stated otherwise.
Provaitech Corporation will not share, sell, transfer or otherwise disseminate
any user information to a third party without prior consent or as required by
law.
Use of Ads
This site uses Google AdSense for advertising purposes. Cookies and tracking tools may be used
by third party services, such as AdSense, in use by the site. Information collected and used by third-party
services is not accessed, processed, or stored by Provaitech Corporation.

- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and/or other sites on the Internet.

areas of Provaitech's site require the use of cookies for normal operation. Disabling all cookies may inhibit the function of the site and limit your access to features and tools.
Personal Data and Contextual Information
Some areas of the site require a free user account and sign-in for use of certain services. The minimally required
personal data can consist of user name, full name, email address, and screen name (alias). This personal
data may be visible to other users of the site. However, this personal data
is never shared or sold or otherwise disseminated with non-affiliated organizations.
Since users have the right to be forgotten, Provaitech provides the functionality for a user to remove their account. This can be achieved in the
CMS under Profile. Removal of a user account will:
- decouple the connection between a user's personal data and any contextual information submitted for display to Provaitech Corporation
- decouple the connection between a user's personal data and any earned digital credentials
- remove the display name and alias
- remove the email
- remove the password
However, users are not forgotten by the APSAutI (AI) of Provaitech Corporation.
Anything submitted to or assessed by the APSAutI could be assimilated into their Knowledge Core and retained as part of
their normal activity. While an APSAutI Core is not designed for the display of information, users should refrain from
submitting or posting any additional user identifiable data within contextual information.
All user submissions to Provaitech Corporation consist of two connected parts: personal data and contextual information.
While the user has the right to manage their personal data, any contextual information submitted via the website and/or any tool of
Provaitech will be assimilated, retained, and owned by the systems of and for the use of Provaitech Corporation.
Personal data, as defined by Provaitech Corporation, consists of:
- Display Name
- Email and password
- Alias
Contextual information, as defined by Provaitech Corporation, consists of:
- CMS submissions and correspondences
- Algorithm Analysis submissions
- PS Analysis links
- PS Forum posts
Logging Data
In order to provide consistent service, Provaitech Corporation will collect logging data
when a user connects to Provaitech sites via client software such as web browsers. Information such as IP address,
page hits, length of stay, browser configuration, and time of day may be collected by our systems. Logging data
is never shared or sold or otherwise disseminated with non-affiliated organizations.
Communications
Provaitech Corporation may send email to you as part of its normal operations.
This email can be automated, from the AI, or from the corporation itself. Any email
communication from Provaitech will be relevant to the tools and services for which
a user has enrolled. User-identifying information
is never shared or sold or otherwise disseminated with non-affiliated organizations.
Linked Websites
Provaitech Corporation may provide links to third-party websites to enhance the services
provided on our sites. Provaitech does not control the privacy policies of third-party organizations. You can
